II. Fundamental Provisions

2.1 The purpose of the website is to provide advertising space for the promotion of personal or professional profiles. The web service enables users/visitors to access advertisers' profiles.

2.2 For matters not regulated in this document, as well as its interpretation, the laws of the United Kingdom, EU law, and international law shall apply. The mandatory provisions of applicable laws apply to the parties without express agreement.

2.3 The provider reserves all rights to the website, any details of it, and the displayed content, as well as to the distribution of the website. Downloading, electronic storage, processing, and selling of the content shown on the website or any part of it without the provider's written consent is prohibited.

2.4 By browsing the website, the user declares that they have read and accepted the conditions of this document and the Privacy Policy published on the website, consents to data processing, and is informed about our business policy.

2.5 By entering the website, the user, by clicking on the link that allows access to the site, declares that they are of legal age according to the laws of their country, have reached 18 years (in some places older than 18), and that visiting the site, browsing, and viewing erotic content is not prohibited by the law of their nationality or place of residence, and does not violate any mandatory regulations.

III. Registration

3.1 The site distinguishes between registered users (Advertisers) and unregistered users (Visitors), collectively referred to as Users.

3.2 The service may only be used by adults, at their free discretion. Upon accessing the web, they declare to be of legal age (18 years in many countries and older than 18 in others) and accept the terms of use for the profile with which they interact, whether they are advertisers or visitors.

3.2.1 If the advertiser's age cannot be clearly established, they will be asked to provide proof of age, which can be provided through a selfie photo or a video with a government-issued photo ID.

3.3 If the User does not accept the conditions, they are not authorized to view the content of the website.

3.4 By registering, the User confirms that they are aware of the terms of use and accept them on this website.

3.5 During registration, the User is required to provide their contact details. If false data or another person's data is provided during registration or use, the resulting electronic registration will be null and the provider will have full rights to delete the registered data and report the attempted identity theft to the relevant authorities. The Provider excludes any liability if the User uses their services in the name of another person or using another person's data.

3.6 The Provider is not responsible for delays in delivery, other problems, or errors arising from data incorrectly and/or inaccurately provided by the User.

3.7 The Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from the User's loss of password, or if it becomes accessible to third parties for reasons not attributable to the Provider.

Registered User or Advertisers
3.8 Only adults (according to their country of nationality, 18 years or older) may use the advertising services offered by this website.

3.9 Advertiser profiles that violate the integrity of any person, that describe or display explicit sexual content, abuse against women, abuse or maltreatment of children, show drugs or alcohol will be immediately deleted, and the content as well as the registered User's data will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.10 Only private or professional advertisers may publish their profiles on our website. Any profile that this provider detects as illegal links to other portals unrelated to the content of this website will be deleted.

3.11 Registration of the advertiser and their appearance on the site is free. Other products involve payment associated with the cost of using and promoting the associated profile.

3.12 To register, an email address and password are required. Confirmation of the email address is necessary to use the system.

3.13 Advertisers may request the purchase of services that allow them to promote their professional or personal profiles, highlighting them on our website.

3.14 Services that allow promoting ads by highlighting them from other free ads can be obtained by redeeming credits. Credits can be acquired by making the relevant request through the registered user's private panel.

3.15 The prices of different premium services may vary depending on the type of service or section. Prices may also be subject to adjustments and revisions that the provider deems appropriate.

3.15.2 Premium services may include links to the advertisers' websites. The provider is exempt from any liability regarding the type of content that the advertiser publishes on their personal or professional website.

3.15.3 Advertisers may have multiple highlighted ads with premium services and banners at the same time, provided they pay the associated price for each highlighted ad and banner.

Unregistered User or Visitor
3.16 Adults can view the website's ads and other content without needing to register.

IV. USER CONTENT AND EXEMPTION
4.1 The rules regarding user content apply to all content uploaded by registered users, including text, images, videos, and any other type of content.

4.2 Under this Agreement, Users are responsible for the information they publish. Posting false or infringing data will result in the immediate termination of the Agreement and the exclusion of the registered User, as well as informing the relevant authorities if the information requires it.

4.2.2 We continuously monitor the uploaded content and remove any content that is illegal, offensive, or contrary to our community guidelines:

• Hate speech: any content that attacks a person or group based on religion, race, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or illness.
• Violent content: images or videos that show or incite violence.
• Harassment and threats: messages or comments that intimidate, harass, or pressure others.
• Pornography, child pornography, and explicit content: any image or video that shows a sexual act or is excessively sexual in nature.
• Child abuse
• Human trafficking: involving the illegal trade of individuals for exploitation or commercial gain.
• Sex trafficking: a severe form of human trafficking involving coercion, kidnapping, or deception of individuals for sexual exploitation.

Accounts showing this type of content may be suspended, and the authorities will be notified regarding both the content itself and the data of the registered user owning that content.

4.3 We are not responsible for discrepancies between the image shown on the site and the actual appearance of the advertiser. This website reviews and removes false content but does not verify the difference between multimedia content and the physical reality of the ads.

4.4 By providing their contact details, the User consents to their management, including the sharing of unique or special data at their own discretion. We do not profile on the site; the data is not used for purposes outside the Privacy Policy, but since the site is public, we specifically warn advertisers about the possibility of misuse of their data, thus they should be careful about what information and data they share about themselves.

4.5 The photographs on the website are uploaded by the Registered Advertiser; therefore, the Advertiser is solely responsible for the published photos, their authenticity, rights, and for the content of the accompanying text. The Provider will review and filter all inappropriate, false, and offensive photos through its photo verification system.

4.5.1 Photos uploaded to the website may not contain visible text, logos, phone numbers, or email addresses or any other type of watermark.

4.5.2 Photos that do not represent the advertiser are also prohibited from being uploaded. These photos will be deleted without notice.

4.5.3 It is strictly prohibited to upload photos or videos of genital organs, sexual acts, materials that show them, and any other type of act that violates the community standards of this website, as described in the previous points. This type of content will be removed and the associated profile may be suspended.

4.5.4 The Provider offers a photo verification service and reserves the right to indicate in verified photos whether they represent the Advertiser as they appeared at the time of verification or differently.

4.5.5 The Provider may request the renewal of photo verification at certain intervals to update Ads.

4.6 Each User, under their own responsibility and discretion, without the Provider's knowledge, consent, direction, or participation, may establish personal contact with advertisers; however, the Provider, to enhance security, attempts to exclude fake profiles from the system, involving Users in the process.

4.6.1 Visitors have the opportunity to report, using a form on the site, false photos or fraudulent advertisers.

4.6.2 The Provider investigates each report and, if necessary, requests the advertiser to verify the authenticity of the ad or, after multiple claims, the ad may be deleted without prior notice.

4.7 The repeated posting of ads by the same person, providing false data, or using photos or data of other individuals constitutes a serious violation of the contract. These profiles will be immediately deleted, the right to future posting will be denied to the advertiser, and money paid for

advertising will not be refunded.

V. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
5.1 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account if the User violates these Terms and Conditions or if the Provider, for any reason, believes that the User is using the website to engage in any illegal activity or against the interests of the Provider.

5.2 The Provider reserves the right to remove any content or ads that are illegal, offensive, or otherwise not allowed by the website's policies.

5.3 The User is obliged to notify the Provider without delay of any abuse, false profiles, or any other violations regarding the content of the website.

5.4 The Provider is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the website, including any loss of profits, data, or reputation.

5.5 The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the website or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts in the United Kingdom.
